XYZ is a commercial interior fit-out and turnkey contractor delivering high-end retail, F&B and entertainment environments for leading international and regional brands. With delivery across Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, we pair centralised design and procurement with coordinated execution in each market.

How we work

Every project runs under one accountable contract, sequenced from shell handover to opening day. We treat the opening date as fixed and build the programme backwards from it — because for a brand, a late opening is measured in rent, footfall and reputation.

Disciplines under one contract

• Turnkey Fit-Out — One accountable contract from shell to opening day: coordination, construction, MEP, joinery, finishes, signage, testing and handover managed as a single sequence.
• Construction & Civil Works — Concrete and structural works, steel, blockwork and builder's work in connection — the base build that everything else is programmed against.
• MEP Works — Mechanical, electrical and plumbing — HVAC, extraction, fire-fighting and fire alarm, electrical and plumbing — coordinated to authority and mall requirements.
• Joinery & Fabrication — Furniture supply and bespoke joinery, fixtures and millwork produced to brand fit-guides and finished to visible-tolerance standards.
• Design & Technical Coordination — Design (interiors and exteriors), shop-drawings, authority and mall submissions, and technical coordination that protects the designer's intent and the programme.
• Signage & Shopfronts — Signage fabrication and installation, shopfronts, shutters and aluminium works, and shades — the brand-facing envelope, delivered to spec.
